SHORTLISTED - Royal Academy Summer Exhibition
I'm pleased to announce that today I received written confirmation from the Royal Academy that my painting Monument, has been shortlisted for the 2015 Summer Exhibition. I can't wait to take my little painting on a trip to London for the next round of judging to see if it gets any further. Fingers crossed!

UPDATE - Sadly Monument did not get through the second round of judging for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2015, however there is always next year and the experience of taking my painting through the doors of the Royal Academy like so many artist before me was a brilliant experience.
